Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped by UPS only. Customers may choose from UPS 2nd day, 3 day select, or regular ground service. Sanden will ship orders to the continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, and U.S. islands are not part of our shipping territory. Please contact a Sanden distributor to purchase products if you are not located within the continental United States.

Our policy is to ship orders placed through our shopping cart system within 3 business days of order receipt. It is Sanden's responsibility to inform customers by phone or e-mail if an order can not ship within 3 business days.

Privacy & Security

Sanden is very serious about protecting your personal information and privacy. This privacy statement describes how we use personal information collected from you at our web-based store.Sanden International (USA), Inc is the sole owner of the information collected at our web-based store. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to anyone. We collect information from our users in order to process order transactions and to build a mailing list for our own marketing purposes. These items are described in detail below.

Orders: We require personal information from users in order to purchase products from our web-based store. The required information is limited to the following:

  • name
  • shipping address
  • business type (where applicable)
  • credit card number and expiration date
  • credit card security code (where applicable)

This information is used for credit card verification and billing purposes. The information is also used to contact users in the event that there is trouble processing or shipping an order.

Marketing: Users are encouraged to register for receipt of Sanden’s periodic marketing newsletter. The purpose of the newsletter is to provide product updates, installation tips, and special deals. Users can opt out of the newsletter if they no longer wish to be on the distribution list.

Log Files: We use our server log files to analyze trends and user behavior on the website. The purpose of the analysis is to improve our product offering and website content. The server log files have no link back to user’s personal information.

Links: Our website contains links to other web sites. Sanden does not endorse or make any statement to the security of these third party web sites. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected at our web-based store.

Security: Sanden’s web-based store takes every precaution to protect users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and off-line.A secure and encrypted (SSL) web page is used whenever sensitive personal information (such as credit card number), is requested. The SSL software will prevent personal information from being stolen during the purchasing transaction process.

Notification of Changes: Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted.

Returns & Replacements

Parts that are unused, uninstalled, and in “new” condition may be returned for credit. The returned parts must be received by Sanden within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund. A Return Materials Authorization number (RMA #) is required for all parts returns. Please use the RMA form to obtain an RMA #. Parts returned without an RMA # will be refused at the dock.

There will be a 10% re-stocking fee on all returns except in cases where Sanden may have accidentally shipped the wrong part number. Sanden will not refund the original shipping charges for qualified returns. Only the original selling price minus the re-stocking fee will be refunded. Parts returned for credit must be shipped “freight pre-paid”. Sanden will not pay for return freight and will not accept or be responsible for damage or loss goods being returned.

All refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receipt of the returned product.

Defective parts are eligible for warranty replacement, but not refund. Please consult our warranty policy for more details.

Sanden reserves the right to reject returns for the following reasons:

  • Parts have been installed.
  • Parts are damaged or not in new condition.
  • Parts do not include original packaging and accessories.
  • Parts were returned without obtaining the required RMA#.
  • Parts were received by Sanden more than 30 days after the original purchase date.

Rejected returns will be shipped back to the original buyer “freight collect”.


Orders can be placed only through the shopping cart system on this web-store. Sanden does not accept phone or mail-in orders. Only items that are in-stock can be placed into the shopping cart. Sanden will not accept "back-orders" or payment in advance.


We accept payment using the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Sanden does not accept purchase orders, checks, or cash payments for products listed on this web-store. Please contact a Sanden distributor to pay by cash, check, or purchase order.

Warranty Policy

Sanden warrants all compressors purchased from its online store to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the purchase date. Only compressors purchased from are covered by this warranty procedure. his warranty is limited to the original part purchased from Sanden and does not include any expenses for labor, damage to other parts, or personal loss.The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Sanden reserves the right to void the warranty if it is determined that the part failure was caused by:

  • improper handling
  • alteration of the original design
  • improper installation
  • lack of refrigerant
  • use of improper or unauthorized refrigerants
  • lack of lubrication (during installation or operation)
  • HVAC system contamination
  • exceeding the compressors intended operating specifications

RMA form

Once obtained, the RMA # must be prominently displayed on the outside of the container. This is necessary to properly receive and to track the analysis of the returned material. The RMA # notifies the receiving department that the material has been given proper authorization to be returned. Material that is returned without a valid RMA # will be rejected and RETURNED TO SENDER without analysis.3. Compressors that are properly returned for warranty consideration will be evaluated to determine the root cause of failure. Once the root cause has been determined, Sanden will provide an analysis summary via e-mail. Sanden will provide a new replacement compressor within 30 days for all warranty claims that are determined to the responsibility of Sanden. Warranty claims that are determined not to be the responsibility of Sanden will be rejected. Compressors returned for warranty claim will be scrapped after analysis.
